Mike Volner
President and Founder
Mike Volner is the Founder and President of Volner Financial Group. He has been in business since 1978 helping protect more than $400MM.
Mike was born and raised in Memphis. He is married with two grown children who were also raised in the Memphis area. He is the proud Papa of four grandchildren. When he is not at the office, you can likely find him at one of the grandkids’ sporting or art events.
As a provider of retirement solutions, Mike meets with people daily. He shows them ways they can grow and protect their retirement savings without market risk. His favorite day of the week is Monday, because it starts another week of meeting with clients and prospects and helping them with what he knows best. All these years later, he still has his childhood lesson of doing the “next right thing” guiding him in helping our clients protect over $20 million each year.
He is a Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table. His Better Business Bureau rating is A+.

Vice President
Grant is an integral part of the company with its 40+ years of combined experience helping protect more than $400MM.
Grant grew up in Bartlett, Tennessee, where he was instilled with a strong faith in God from an early age. He and his wife Kimberly have been married since 2011 and are proud parents of two children, Cade and Molly. In his spare time, you can find Grant spending time outdoors with his family, volunteering at church, and watching his kids play sports.
Grant’s passion for the outdoors has been lifelong. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, a rewarding journey that equipped him with invaluable skills and developed his leadership abilities. Grant’s experiences as an Eagle Scout, combined with his love for helping others, led him to become a firefighter paramedic committed to serving his community with dedication and empathy. Currently, he channels this same passion into his role at Volner Financial Group, where he helps individuals navigate their retirement savings safely with protection from market risk.
With an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau Grant is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in financial stewardship and looks forward to helping you secure your financial dreams.
